Golddafeng Ships 18 Tractors to Armenia: the 504, 704 & 1004

Author:

Eighteen Golddafeng tractors have cleared the factory in Jining, Shandong, and are now on their way to Armenia. They left after final inspection, were loaded and shipped out through Qingdao Port. For the farmers waiting on them, the interesting part is what is in the batch: three models — the 504, the 704 and the 1004 — covering 50 to 100 horsepower.

Why these three models for Armenian farms

Armenia is a country of hills. Most farms are small to medium family operations on ground that is steep, uneven and sometimes wet. A tractor has to do three things there: turn in tight spaces, climb steadily, and keep pulling under a heavy load. Between them, the 504, 704 and 1004 cover all three.

Golddafeng 504 (50 hp): the all-rounder for small plots

The 504 runs a National IV engine that holds fuel use down without giving up power. A 65-litre tank sits up top, so a long day in the field does not keep stopping for refills. The wheelbase is adjustable, the shuttle shift and dual-action clutch make changes easy, and the lift hydraulics have real force behind them.

In Armenia’s orchards, vineyards and vegetable plots, the 504 earns its keep. It is compact, turns sharply, and slips between tree rows without fuss. Reinforced gearbox and axle sleeves take the rough going, and hydraulic steering keeps the operator comfortable through the day.

Golddafeng 704 (70 hp, 4WD): the flexible workhorse

The 704 is a 70 hp four-wheel-drive tractor built for ground that does not behave. On slopes and heavy clay it keeps its footing and pulls steadily. The 12+12 shuttle shift lets the operator change direction without touching the clutch — a real time-saver at the headland. The dual-action clutch and hydraulic steering keep it easy to run.

It turns tight enough for orchards and greenhouses, and can take a front loader for moving feed, loading trailers or light dozing. For a small or medium farm that wants one machine to handle several jobs, this is the one to look at.

Golddafeng 1004 (100 hp): the heavy-duty mainstay

The 1004 uses a 100 hp (73.5 kW) engine with a good torque reserve. Under a heavy load the revs hold, and it does not bog down in tough soil. The reinforced 4WD chassis and dual-purpose front axle work on dry ground and in wet paddy alike.

The 12+12 shuttle shift and 11-inch dual-stage clutch deliver power smoothly. The forced-lift hydraulics and multi-way valve hook up to ploughs, rotary tillers, seed drills and trailers without fuss, and the PTO offers 540/1000 and 760/850 rpm so it matches implements a farm already owns. With 385 mm of ground clearance, the 1004 crosses field ridges and rough tracks that stop lighter machines.

What overseas buyers ask before they order

Will the engine cope with local fuel and emissions rules?

The export models run engines built to National IV emission standards, with the fuel system tuned for local diesel and better economy. Certification is completed against the destination country’s own rules before shipping.

Can they handle steep, wet ground?

All three models are four-wheel drive. The 704 and 1004 add a reinforced chassis and a dual-purpose or strengthened front axle, so they stay stable on slopes and in wet clay.

Will they work with implements the farm already has?

The forced-lift hydraulics and multi-way valve take standard ploughs, tillers, seeders and trailers. PTO options of 540/1000 and 760/850 rpm cover most existing equipment, and the shuttle shift is simple to learn — local operators pick it up fast.

What about after-sales service and spare parts?

Golddafeng works through authorised local dealers for setup, operator training, scheduled maintenance and field repairs. An overseas spare-parts centre keeps common wear parts available locally, and the factory gives direct technical support for anything specialised.

Every tractor is tested before it ships

Before anything leaves the factory, the engine, transmission, rear axle and hydraulic pump are checked one hundred percent. Machines are built on a standardised line with torque and alignment checks at each station, then run in the field to test power, lift capacity, braking, steering and sealing. Only after final certification against the destination country’s standards does a tractor get loaded.

From Southeast Asia to South America and now the Caucasus, Golddafeng tractors carry a simple reputation: reliable, durable and easy to handle. These 18 machines headed for Armenia are part of that — built for ground that does not give them an easy day.
