Golddafeng After-Sales Team Arrives in Kazakhstan for Combine Operation Training & On-Site Repair Support
Author:
In August 2026, three senior after-sales technical engineers from Golddafeng headquarters in Shandong, China, departed for Kazakhstan for a three-week on-site service tour. Covering major agricultural regions including Almaty and Shymkent, the team is providing hands-on equipment operation training, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance for local dealers and equipment owners.
Why do we fly all the way to Kazakhstan for service?
Over the past two years, Golddafeng corn combines and tractors have gained growing popularity in Kazakhstan. Many of our customers there are purchasing Chinese agricultural equipment for the first time. While every machine comes with an operation manual and dealers provide basic walkthroughs, when harvest season hits and problems pop up in the field, phone calls and video calls just aren't enough — you can't diagnose a real issue through a screen.
That's why we schedule at least two on-site overseas service tours every year. Instead of waiting in the office for support tickets, we go out to the fields ourselves, see how farmers are actually running our machines, and fix problems right where they happen.
What exactly are we doing in Kazakhstan?
This trip focuses on three practical areas:
1. Hands-on operation training. Many owners only use the most basic functions of their machines. Our engineers demonstrate in the field how to adjust header height for different crops, set proper threshing clearance, and exactly which grease points need attention during daily maintenance. For Kazakhstan's large-scale wheat and corn operations, we specifically cover high-efficiency harvesting settings and tuning tips.
2. Troubleshooting and on-site repair. We perform full inspections on machines that have already run a full harvest season, replacing wear parts on the spot. We fix issues immediately so there are no delays for next season. We brought two full cases of common spare parts specifically so we can repair on the first visit — no waiting weeks for parts to ship from China.
3. Training local dealer technicians. Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. We provide systematic technical training for our Kazakhstan dealer teams, covering everything from electrical systems to hydraulics, teaching them how to diagnose and resolve common issues. This means when customers have minor problems in the future, their local dealer can be on-site the same day.
Building solid service together with our dealers
You can't cover overseas service from the factory alone. Golddafeng's approach is that manufacturers and dealers are partners in this together — we provide the technical expertise, standards, and training; dealers provide the local staff, warehouse space, and fast on-the-ground response.
On this trip, we worked with our Kazakhstan dealer to review spare parts inventory and stock common wear parts at their location. We established service response standards — most issues get an on-site visit within 24 hours. We also set up a dedicated customer service group where engineers are available remotely for questions during peak harvest season.
Selling the machine isn't the finish line. When a customer buys a Golddafeng, they're not just buying steel — they're buying years of reliable support and someone who will make sure their machine runs. Dealers work directly with customers face to face, and we back them up with technical support. Together we build our reputation one job at a time.
Real customer experience matters most
The most valuable part of traveling this far isn't the number of training sessions we hold. It's standing on the edge of a field talking to a farmer and hearing him say, "This machine works great," or "That problem we had is finally fixed."
One experienced Kazakhstan farmer bought our corn combine last year and kept mentioning higher-than-expected grain loss. Our engineer rode with him for two passes in the field and found the threshing clearance wasn't set correctly. We adjusted it on the spot and ran another pass — grain loss dropped immediately. The farmer gave a thumbs up and said it turned out the machine was fine; he just hadn't set it right.
You can never discover these things from the office. Manual settings are standard values, but every region has different crop varieties, moisture levels, and soil conditions. You have to be there in person — see it, adjust it, teach it on location — for customers to really get the most out of their equipment.
We'll keep running overseas service routes
This is already the third Golddafeng after-sales tour to Kazakhstan. Beyond Kazakhstan, this year we've already been to Indonesia, Pakistan, and several countries in Africa. No matter what country a customer is in, if they bought a Golddafeng machine, it's our responsibility to back that up with service.
Going forward, we're increasing the frequency of overseas service visits, establishing parts warehouses in key markets, and training more local service technicians. For Golddafeng, service isn't a cost — it's what sets us apart from other brands. Customers might compare price tags when they buy, but after three or four years, what they remember is which brand showed up when something broke and actually fixed the problem.
If you have Golddafeng equipment overseas and need service support, contact your local dealer anytime, or reach out directly to Golddafeng headquarters after-sales department. No matter the distance, we get the service done.
