Golddafeng XP2104 Tractor: A 210 HP Heavy-Duty Workhorse Built for Large-Scale Farming

Author:

When you farm 1,000 hectares or more, a tractor is not just another tool on the list. It is the machine that decides whether your tillage window closes on time, whether your sugarcane gets planted before the rains, and whether the season starts at 5 a.m. or waits until the dealer finally answers the phone. That is the problem Golddafeng set out to solve with the upgraded XP2104, our 210 horsepower four-wheel-drive tractor now exported to farms across Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Central Asia.

This article walks through what changed on the new XP2104, why overseas distributors and large-scale farmers keep coming back to Golddafeng, and what you should actually look at before you place an order for a 200+ hp tractor from China.

What the 2026 Upgraded XP2104 Is Built For

The XP2104 sits at the top of our row-crop and heavy tillage lineup. It is designed for primary tillage with moldboard and disc plows, heavy-duty disc harrows, large seed drills, and high-load grain or fertilizer trailers. If your operation runs on 120–200 inch working widths, this is the size class you should be looking at.

  • Engine: 210 HP turbocharged, intercooled diesel with a wide torque reserve, so the tractor keeps pulling when the soil gets wet or the implement bites deeper.
  • Hydraulics: Upgraded three-point linkage with a higher lift capacity, built to handle heavy rear-mounted implements that older 180–200 hp tractors in this class simply cannot lift.
  • Transmission and clutch: Reinforced gear train and a more reliable clutch pack, retuned for long hours under load rather than a short duty cycle.
  • PTO and hitch: Multiple PTO speed options and a configurable rear hitch, so the same tractor can run a plow on Monday and a boom or baler on Thursday.
  • Cabin: A fully redesigned operator station with heating and air conditioning, a mechanical suspension seat, clearer instrument cluster, and better all-round visibility. Cab noise and vibration are noticeably lower than the previous generation.

We do not publish a one-size-fits-all spec sheet. Tire sizes, axle ratios, PTO configurations, and cabin options change depending on whether the XP2104 is going to a dry Kenyan maize belt, an Indonesian rice lowland, or a Brazilian soybean farm. That is deliberate. A tractor that fits every market usually fits none of them well.

Why Golddafeng Has Shipped to Farms in Africa, India, Brazil, and Beyond

Golddafeng has been building agricultural tractors for close to 30 years. We started with small horsepower machines for Chinese family farms and gradually worked our way up to the 180–240 hp class that now powers large commercial operations overseas. Along the way we made a choice that still defines the company: we build the core parts ourselves.

Roughly 85% of the XP2104's critical components — the transmission housings, rear axle, lift assembly, and hydraulic valve blocks — are machined and assembled in our own plants. We do not buy a finished gearbox from a third party and put a badge on it. That gives us direct control over casting quality, heat treatment, and final assembly tolerances, and it is the main reason the XP series holds up in conditions where cheaper imported tractors start to leak, rattle, or lose lift capacity after one season.

Every tractor that leaves the line goes through bench testing, load testing, leak checks, and a final road run. Our machines carry CE and ISO certification, which matters when you are landing in markets that actually inspect documentation.

In practical terms, here is where the XP2104 and its stablemates are working today:

  • East and West Africa — maize and wheat operations in Kenya, Tanzania, and Nigeria run Golddafeng tractors for primary tillage and long-haul field transport. The recurring compliment from distributors is that the machine is easy for local mechanics to service.
  • South and Southeast Asia — India, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia take wet-soil and paddy configurations, with narrower tires and mud-resistant cabin seals.
  • South America — Brazilian soybean and cotton farms, plus Uzbekistan's cotton and wheat belts, use the XP class for large-width tillage and seeding.
  • The Caribbean and Guyana — sugarcane and rice operations where ground clearance, traction, and a fast parts response make or break a supplier.

We have heard the same line from distributors on three continents: in this horsepower segment, Golddafeng offers spec levels that usually sit one class above the price point. That is a result of controlling production in-house, not a discount strategy.

Service That Crosses Borders, Not Just Paperwork

A tractor in a remote field is only as useful as the person who can fix it. We have kept a standing team of around 65 factory-trained technicians who are ready to fly out to a customer site on short notice. They handle commissioning, operator training, and on-the-spot repairs that a local dealer cannot sort out over the phone.

For repeat markets we stock common wear parts regionally, so high-turnover items such as clutch plates, seals, filter kits, and hydraulic cartridges arrive in days rather than weeks. We also supply dealers with translated maintenance manuals, trouble-shooting charts, and remote diagnostic support in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

We would rather a dealer be over-prepared than over-excited about a first order. Before we ship a container, we ask for soil type, typical implement width, average field size, and the local mechanic skill level. If we think a customer is buying too much tractor — or too little — we tell them directly.

Who the XP2104 Is (and Is Not) For

Honest fit check before you request a quote:

  • Good fit: commercial farms over 800–1,000 hectares, contractors running heavy tillage or large seeding equipment, sugarcane and cotton operations that pull high-draft implements for long hours.
  • Possible overkill: 200–500 hectare mixed farms that mostly need a 90–140 hp utility tractor. In that case we will point you to a smaller Golddafeng model instead.
  • Possible underkill: 500+ hp articulated operations pulling 12-meter+ tillage rigs. The XP2104 is not built for that class.

Request the XP2104 Spec Sheet

If you are a distributor sourcing 200+ hp tractors for your market, or a large-scale farmer evaluating your next-season fleet, our international team can send you the latest XP2104 specification sheet, factory photos, and a reference list of comparable installations in your region. We ship by container and handle export documentation end to end.
