Nigerian Buyers Visit Golddafeng Factory and Place Bulk Tractor Order for West African Farms

A delegation of farm machinery buyers from Nigeria has visited Golddafeng's manufacturing base in Shandong, China, and signed a bulk order for wheel tractors after testing the machines on site. The deal adds Nigeria to the growing list of African markets where Golddafeng tractors are now in regular use.
The visitors spent several days at the plant, walking the assembly line, the R&D center, and the outdoor test field. They drove two of Golddafeng's best-selling models for African conditions, the TB904 (90 HP) and TB1004 (100 HP), and checked engine response, gear shifting, and hydraulic lift capacity before sitting down to negotiate.
"We had quotes from several countries," the head of the delegation said. "After driving these tractors ourselves and seeing how they are built, we felt the build quality and the power were stronger than we expected. The way the machines are set up for hot, dusty conditions is exactly what we need back home."
Nigerian farming runs on red loam and sandy soils, with a long dry season that fills the air with fine Harmattan dust and a wet season that turns fields soft and heavy. Tractors working there need torque in reserve, cooling that holds up in 40-degree heat, and air filtration that keeps dust out of the engine. Golddafeng's African-spec units are built around those exact problems.

Nigeria is not the first African market to take on Golddafeng machines. The company's tractors and harvesters are already working in Zambia, the DRC, Kenya, Ghana, Senegal, and Angola, across dryland, paddy, and hillside farming.
In Zambia, Golddafeng tractors paired with pneumatic planters are used for one-pass till-and-sow work on large commercial fields, where local operators describe them as built around local crop practice rather than simply imported as-is. In West Africa, the TB904 and TB1004 have become common choices for small and mid-sized farms because they handle dryland, wet paddy, and sloping plots with the same machine.
After-sales support is part of the sale
For African buyers, the purchase decision does not end at the factory gate. Lead time on spare parts and access to service can decide whether a tractor earns its keep or sits idle during a critical planting window. Golddafeng keeps overseas spare-parts inventory and uses widely compatible components, so distributors in West Africa can get replacements out to farms quickly instead of waiting weeks for an overseas shipment.
The Nigerian order now moves into production scheduling and pre-shipment inspection, with delivery and operator training to follow at the destination.
