PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

1. Composition of Golddafeng XL and ZL series tractors:

1. XL series is the serial code of two chassis tractors, TY and TE;

The TY chassis only makes 50-horsepower tractors; the TE chassis makes 50, 60 and 70-horsepower tractors;

The XL series tractors have the following models: XL500-A,

2. ZL is the serial code of TB chassis tractor; TB chassis makes tractors with 70, 80, 90 and 100 horsepower; ZL series tractors have the following models: ZL704, ZL700, ZL804, ZL800, ZL904, ZL900, ZL1004, ZL1000

2. Introduction to the chassis:

(1) TY chassis:

1. Ordinary TY chassis has 8+2 gears, that is (main transmission forward gear 4 + reverse gear 1) * auxiliary transmission 2 structure, you can choose shuttle shift (8+8 gears) or crawler gear ( 16+4);

2. The power output has two speeds of 540/720; the power output shaft has six keys;

3. Equipped with differential differential lock;

4. TY chassis has the characteristics of compact structure and fast driving speed;

(2) TE chassis:

1. The TE chassis is the larger "TY" chassis and is divided into two types: ordinary type and enhanced type. XL500-A and XL504-A tractors are equipped with ordinary TE chassis; 60 and 70 horsepower tractors are equipped with reinforced chassis.

2. Both chassis can be equipped with single-acting and double-acting clutches; both are equipped with differential differential locks; all gears are shifted by meshing sleeves. This shifting method has the characteristics of smooth gear shifting, no gear shifting, no gear rattling, and strong load-bearing capacity;

3. The power output has two speeds of 540/720, and the power output shaft has 8 keys and optional 6 keys;

4. The reinforced TE chassis is enlarged and strengthened with transmission housing, bridge housing, axle housing and other components, and the transmission gear is enlarged to 3 modules;

5. Both TE chassis can be equipped with an optional shuttle shift. The shuttle shift gear lever replaces the original high and low gear shift lever. When the reverse gear is engaged, the reverse gear speed is the same as the speed of the same forward gear. , the shuttle shift has the advantages of flexible operation and high work efficiency.

(3) TB chassis:

1. TB chassis is divided into two types: ordinary TB and enlarged TB.

2. ZL700, ZL704, ZL800, ZL804, ZL900 and ZL904 use ordinary TB chassis; ZL1000 and ZL1004 use enlarged and strengthened large TB chassis.

3. The reinforced TB chassis is based on the ordinary TB chassis and has enlarged and thickened parts such as the gearbox housing, bridge housing and half-shaft sleeve housing, and has a stronger load-bearing capacity;

4. Both chassis are equipped with double-acting clutch, 12+12 (main transmission 4 + auxiliary transmission 3) shuttle shift, and differential lock;

5. The power output speed is 540/720, and the power output shaft has 8 keys;

3. Engine configuration:

1. XL500-A and XL504-A (TY and TE chassis 50-horsepower tractors) are currently equipped with FAW Xichai high-pressure common rail engines, and Dongfanghong and Sida engines can be optionally installed in the future;

2. XL600-A, XL604-A, XL700-A, and XL704-A (TE reinforced chassis 60 and 70 horsepower tractors) are currently equipped with Dongfanghong engines (4100 supercharged, high-pressure common rail);

3. FAW Xichai (493 supercharged and intercooled) and Wuxi Sida (493 supercharged and intercooled, 4102 naturally aspirated) engines can be optionally installed later;

4. ZL series (TB type) engine configuration:
ZL700 and ZL704 are currently equipped with Wuxi Star 4102 naturally aspirated engine;
ZL800 and ZL804 are equipped with Dongfanghong 4100 high-pressure common rail and supercharged engines; ZL900, ZL904, ZL1000 and ZL1004 are equipped with Dongfanghong 4110 high-pressure common rail, turbocharged and intercooled engines;

5. All series of TB tractors in the later period can be equipped with diesel engines.

4. Tire configuration:

1. The rear tires of tractors with TY chassis (XL500-A, XL504-A) can be matched to a maximum of 11.2-28;

2. The rear tires of TE chassis (XL500-A, XL504-A, XL600-A, XL604-A, XL700-A, XL704-A) tractors can be matched up to 12.4-28;

3. The rear tires of tractors with TB chassis (ZL700, ZL704, ZL800, ZL804, ZL900, ZL904, ZL1000, ZL1004) can be matched to a maximum of 14.9-30;

5. Gear control part:

(1.) XL series:
1. Both the main and auxiliary transmissions use right side gears;
2. The main transmission gear is (1/2/3/4, reverse), and the auxiliary transmission gear is (high, low or rabbit, turtle);
3. The optional shuttle shift gear lever (F/R) is on the left side of the driver's seat, and the main transmission has no reverse gear;
4. The four-wheel drive switching handle is under the left side of the driver's seat. Lift it up to connect, and press it down to disconnect;
(2.) ZL series:
1. All ZL series are equipped with shuttle shift as standard, and the gear lever is on the left side of the instrument panel; the main transmission is 1/2/3/4, and the auxiliary transmission is L slow, M medium, and H fast, which is 12+ 12 gears;
2. The four-wheel drive switching handle is under the left side of the driver's seat. Lift it up to connect, and press it down to disconnect;
3. Both series of tractors are equipped with differential locks as standard. The opening and closing handle of the differential lock is on the upper part of the gearbox under the right side of the driver's seat. Lift it upward to connect;

6. Clutch operation:

1. The standard configuration of XL series tractors is a single-acting clutch, and a double-acting clutch can be optionally installed.

When the single-acting clutch pedal is depressed, the power of the engine is separated from the chassis transmission system, and the power of the traveling system and power output are cut off at the same time; vice versa;

The double-acting clutch is divided into main and auxiliary two-stage clutches. When the clutch pedal is depressed to the first level, the power of the engine is separated from the chassis traveling system, and the power output part is still combined; if the clutch pedal is further depressed to the bottom, the power of the power output part is also cut off.

2. ZL series tractors are equipped with double-acting clutch as standard; single-acting clutch is not optional;
The auxiliary clutch control handle is on the right side of the driver's seat. Lift it up to disengage, release it and go down to connect;

7. Control of lifter and hydraulic output:

1. The standard configuration of XL and ZL series is a lifter for strong lifting and lowering;
2. The XL series comes with a set of hydraulic outputs and can be equipped with an ordinary lifter; the ZL series has two sets of hydraulic outputs and cannot be equipped with an ordinary lifter;
3. The control handles of the tractor lifter and hydraulic output of both series are on the right side of the driver's seat (the TB chassis cab is on the right fender).
4. The control handle of the farm implement lifter is on the far right. Lift the agricultural tool upward to lower it, and then continue to lift it to the uppermost position, which is the floating position of the lifter (the agricultural tool descends by its own weight); press the handle downward to raise the agricultural tool;
5. The remaining handles are hydraulic output control handles.

8. Description of tractor wheelbase:

1. The minimum wheelbase of an ordinary TE chassis 50-horsepower four-wheel drive (XL504-A) tractor can be 850mm;
2. The wheelbase range of TY, TE and TE reinforced chassis tractors is: 950-1300mm;
3. The wheelbase range of TB tractor is: 1350-1600mm.

Technical features of ZL1004 wheeled tractor
