PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
With a working width of up to 5.4 meters and a feeding rate of 13 kilograms per second, taking a standard block with a length of 200 meters as an example, 3.2 acres can be easily harvested in one round trip, and 40 acres of wheat can be harvested in one hour;
Equipped with a Yuchai 260-horsepower engine, the power is adjustable in four operating gears: 260, 240, 220, and 160. The driver can choose different power outputs according to different crops to be harvested, saving energy and fuel.
The 28L-26 type driving wheels and the 19.5L-24 type guide wheels all adopt Xulun A-brand enlarged and widened high-profile tires, which have strong adaptability to sandy soil, muddy and slippery terrain.
Stable four-wheel drive structure, the front wheel drive adopts hydrostatic drive, which makes the control comfortable and convenient; JMC 1000 series front axle + Luoyang Chuangchuang heavy-duty four-wheel drive rear axle have strong load-bearing capacity and good passability.
The threshing drum has a longitudinal layout and a length of 3 meters, with higher threshing performance and lower crushing rate. To extend the fish scale screen, please choose a larger area. The eight-piece convenient and quick-replaceable gravure screen can harvest wheat, corn, soybeans, sorghum and other crops only by replacing the header and threshing parts, achieving a multi-purpose machine.
The heavy-duty high-low shifting roller transmission box is equipped with a stepless speed plate and the roller speed can be adjusted adaptively from 300 to 1100. The spherical bearings of the entire vehicle are all American Peel bearings, which have strong bearing capacity and long service life. The transmission belt adopts a black toothed belt, which has strong pulling force and good heat dissipation. Meet the needs of long-term and large-area operations.
It is worth mentioning that this high-end large longitudinal axial flow harvester has a header bridge and a header bridge with a reversal function, which makes it easy to clear the bridge and header blockage.
The granary has a capacity of 10 cubic meters and adopts hydraulic one-button automatic opening and closing to heighten the granary. The driver can open and close the granary cover through electronic control buttons. When it is open, it can hold 7.5 tons of wheat. Even high-yield plots can hold 10 acres of wheat.
