PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The 4LZ-1.6 (covering 4LZ-1.6A) self-propelled soybean combine harvester can complete the harvesting, threshing and separation, cleaning, grain collection, soybean straw and bean hull stacking and recovery of soybean crops in one go. This machine is a special combine harvester for soybeans, with low crushing rate, high cleanliness, no mud and grass stains, and excellent harvesting performance.
Equipped with 140 horsepower engine, strong power;
Front wheel 11.2-24, rear wheel 7.5-20, mechanical four-wheel drive (1.6A model is two-wheel drive), high ground clearance, good passing performance;
Closed cab, floating seat, hard-connected gear, comfortable operation;
The header adopts a contoured floating header, and the cutter can float and cut along with the terrain without leaking pods; the reel speed is infinitely adjustable to adapt to various yields of soybeans;
The large conveyor trough adopts a 38-pitch chain scraper structure for forced feeding;
The threshing mechanism adopts tangential flow + transverse axial flow threshing drum, and the residue is returned to the drum twice for threshing. The threshing is clean and there is no entrainment loss;
The cleaning screen adopts a double-layer fish scale screen with an adjustable opening angle, and the fan adopts a volute-type adjustable air volume fan to ensure clean cleaning;
The grain is unloaded at a high position, with a grain unloading height of up to 3 meters; a spiral blade is used to push the auger, so the soybeans are less broken.
As long as straw is used properly, it can increase income and be environmentally friendly. This machine is also thoughtfully equipped with a stacking and recycling device at the rear of the machine to collect soybean straw and bean hulls as forage to help users obtain higher profits.
