The cutter shaft body is made of upgraded and thickened seamless steel pipe to increase the service life and scope of application. The cutter shaft adopts spline connection method, mechanical torque is transmitted synchronously, and it has high load-bearing capacity, high strength and long service life.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
"Golddafeng" mid-box and large-medium box series rotary tillers adopt a central high-strength ductile iron box, which has more reliable and stable performance. The cutter shaft body is made of upgraded and thickened seamless steel pipe to increase the service life and scope of application. The cutter shaft adopts spline connection method, mechanical torque is transmitted synchronously, and it has high load-bearing capacity, high strength and long service life. Both ends of the cutter shaft are equipped with self-aligning bearings, which not only achieves the self-aligning function, but also can better adapt to heavy-load and impact-load working environments. The blade is made of 60Si2Mn (spring steel)/IT245 type rotary tiller blade, which is wear-resistant and break-resistant, has good rotary tillage effect, and can be adapted to a wide range of regions. Adopting an integrated welded frame and gantry suspension, the force is balanced and the load-bearing capacity is strong.
* The whole machine adopts electrophoresis spraying process, which has good anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties;
* The middle box adopts nine modules, and the large and middle boxes adopt ten modules reinforced gears, which are more suitable for supporting operations of high-horsepower four-wheel drive tractors;
* Adopt foldable fixed guard, making disassembly, assembly and cleaning more convenient;
* The retaining board adopts a streamlined design, which has good ground leveling effect and long service life;
* The cutter shaft is welded by robot, which has high welding precision and strong reliability. The cutter holder adopts 16Mn forging process, which makes the strength more reliable. The whole machine is equipped with a new material rotary blade, which has a longer service life than the traditional 65Mn blade.
* Adopt reinforced and thickened frame and suspension frame to comprehensively improve the strength and scope of application of the whole machine.
