The Jin Dafeng 4YZP-4FD self-propelled corn harvester can complete the picking, conveying, peeling, collecting, and straw crushing and returning of mature corn in one go. Its main features are:

1. Intelligent technology: After scanning the QR code on your mobile phone to register the Jinxin Intelligent APP developed by Jin Dafeng, you can connect with the harvester through Bluetooth on your phone, intelligently control the hydraulic functional components of the harvester, and troubleshoot the electrical system.
2. The main transmission of the cutting platform leads the industry benchmark - relying on the advantage of having a bridge box business unit, the transmission from the engine to the cutting platform adopts a box body+transmission shaft transmission method. During operation, the operator does not have to bear the chain elongation or belt slippage that often occur on the machine before, truly achieving maintenance free and worry free operation;
3. The power system uses an 8-liter Yuchai 280 horsepower engine with low RPM, high torque, and strong harvesting power. The engine is equipped with an automatic blowback function, which can automatically blow back when the water temperature reaches 92 degrees, quickly removing the corn flakes adsorbed on the water tank mesh and preventing high temperatures. The fuel tank has been upgraded to 400 liters, providing greater assurance for long-distance and large-area endurance.
4. Install grain extractor and grain recycling bin. The grain recycling bin has a capacity of 260L, and the dual-purpose model can directly store corn grains, reducing the number of grain unloading times. Secondly, by rotating this adjustment handle, the corn kernels can be transported to the ear box at the back. The grain recycling bin is a rotating type for easy maintenance and upkeep.
5. The height of the peeling roller can be adjusted, suitable for harvesting corn of different maturity levels. A mechanical treadmill (lifting machine) can be optionally installed between the peeling machine and the grain silo. The grain silo is installed slower and can collect an additional 50 meters of grain each time compared to models without installation, reducing the number of shutdowns and increasing productivity.
